Terms & Conditions for booking with Lillian Sutton Hair & Makeup artist.

All school formals, weddings and weekend bookings require a non refundable deposit to secure your chosen date. General bookings $150 per person and weddings $350. Upon paying the deposit you acknowledge and agree to all T&C's as listed here.

All travel, toll and parking fees will be charged to the client if required. Travel is charged at $0.88c/km (return trip) with first 20kms free from my location in Sunnybank QLD. If an additional artist is required, the same fee applies from their base location.

Extra artists booked require a $150 additional deposit per artist which secures your date in their calendar. The fee must be paid upon initial booking or upon change of job requirements to secure the extra artist. If an extra artist has been arranged upon booking/revision of booking, and the booking is changed by the client resulting in the extra artist no longer being needed, the fee is non refundable to cover any administration fees and losses to the artist having booked out your date resulting in potential loss of income.

Any bookings needing to be started prior to 6am will incur a $50 per hour, per artist additional charge. If times are changed from initial quotation I reserve the right to add on the extra charge which will be charged in 15 minute increments.

Sundays and Public Holidays incur a 10% surcharge

Any unexpected services from initial quotation including but not limited to wet hair or extension prep fees, parking or extra persons requiring our services will be charged on the day and can be paid by direct bank transfer or cash only.

There is a minimum call out fee of $350 for all weddings and $220 for all other bookings.

There is NO refund for change of mind and all outstanding monies owed for weddings must be paid in full within 6 weeks of wedding date. All wedding bookings booked within 6 weeks of booked date must be paid in full upon booking.

Last minute changes/cancellations for all wedding bookings will still require full payment if changes are made within 6 weeks of the booking date. Services can always be increased as per availability but not decreased.

Payments for general bookings can be made by direct bank transfer or cash on the day. Payments for weddings must be paid in full no later than 6 weeks prior to the booked date by direct bank transfer or cash at the time of the trial.

All credit card payments can be paid by prior arrangement only and will incur a processing fee.

In the unlikely event that I am sick/injured I will refund what has been paid in full and will do my best to accommodate a replacement artist.
